In this article, I intend to describe the impasses that the analyst encounters in counseling angry adolescents, principally when the request for analysis comes from the parents. However, the author will endeavor to suggest some counterpoints that justify possible attempts at therapeutic contact with these clients who, generally, are involved in narcissistic pathological organizations.
