La “fabrique“ de la présomption pour la prise de risque psychologique

By articulating phenomenological and psychoanalytical references, the author shows, from the theoretical and practical points of view, how existential psychodrama becomes a determinant tool for “manufacturing” presumption. In fact, presumption is the founding movement of a possible psychic re-working-through for any person involved in the process of transforming her relationship with the world, with herself, and with others. The survey is based on research and activity conducted among persons infected with H.I.V. and living as derelicts with precarious insertion in society. An introductory statement shows how a positive prognosis of HIV provokes an explosion of the ego’s understanding of time. The operative value of existential psychodrama for the “manufacturing” of presumption is presented through a clinical example that is followed up by a description of the changes that indicate the transcendence of the disease and of new forms of psychological risk.
