The author tries to improve the metapsychology of the autism and its clinical approach possibilities. Out of her clinical experience and conceptual source of inspiration based on many psychoanalytical schools, she develops her argument that each treatment triggers a specific transference. This fact allows a definite metapsychology to access the psychoanalyst figure that may better translate this experience and, consequently, give a direction to the treatment. For this approach to the psychoanalytical autism treatment, the author proposes a discussion of two key concepts: the “foretelling bet” and the “psychic sharing”.
