Os ARC foram adicionados em uma pasta de cimento Portland, uniformemente agitados e imersos durante o período de 5 a 10 minutos e poste- riormente foram secos ao ar natural. Comparou-se o efeito no concreto de 5 pastas distintas no processo de tratamento dos ARC, com o concreto produzido com ARC sem tratamento. (1) ARC sem tratamento (2) Cimento Portland e a/c de 0,5; (3) Cimento Portland e a/c de 0,6; (4) Cimento Portland e a/c de 0,7; (5) Cimento Portland e a/c de 0,8; (6) Cimento Portland e a/c de 1,0. |
A resistência à compressão dos concretos com ARC tratados foram maiores do que a do concreto com ARC sem tratamento.
