Abstract
The present floristic study provides identification keys, morphological descriptions, illustrations, and comments for the Hypericaceae species recorded in the Espírito Santo state, Brazil. One species of Hypericum: H. brasiliense, commonly distributed in open areas of the Southeastern and Southern regions of Brazil, and six species of Vismia: V. atlantica, V. magnoliifolia, V. martiana, V. micrantha, and V. pentagyna, occurring mainly in forest formations of the eastern of the country, were found.
