Imunização de camundongos com "vacina" viva avirulenta do Trypanosoma cruzi: III. variação do meio de cultura

Mice immunized with a single dose of live "vaccine" of avirulent Trypanosoma cruzi present a good protection against challenge until 20 weeks after the "vaccination". This immunity is slighter than the obtained on the fourth week of "vaccination" and even more than that presented by animals challenged four weeks after immunization and reinfected 15 weeks latter.
