Extração de frações antigênicas de S. Mansoni com KC1

Using adult S. mansoni frorn experimentally infected hamsters and mice, three antigenic fractions were obtained (E1, E2 e E3). These fractions, in contact with sera of patients with hepatointestinal schistosomiasis, showed by immuno-eletroosmophoresis technique the precipitation línes of Fig. 1.
