Caracterização de um extrato de Cysticercus cellulosae - Comunicação prévia

The author presents the results obtained with gel-diffusion and immunoeletrophoresis to detect the antigenic composition of Cysticercus cellulosae; 5 and 9 antigenic fractions were obtained respectively with gel-diffusion and immunoeletrophoresis. The author points out that more detailed studies must be carried out in order to determine the real antigenic composition of the parasite.
