Interpretative repertoires of professionals engaged in network services of mental health and primary care of Belo Horizonte on drug use

This research on the Education Program for Working in Health (PET-Health) has as objective to survey the drug-related conceptions of professionals engaged in network services of mental health and primary care of the city of Belo Horizonte. A quantitative methodology was used by means of structured questionnaire, being the data statistical analysis accomplished through SPSS. The concept of interpretative repertoire was applied to the analysis, which, in summary, revealed that the interviewed professionals are guided mainly by two interpretative repertoires on drugs: the public health discourse and the moral legal discourse. Both repertoires appear with the same intensity, producing ambiguous and contradictory care practices.
