Labor management in Primary Health Care: an analysis from the perspective of PMAQ-AB participating teams

The article aims to analyze the labor management in primary care from the interviews with professional teams participating in the National Program for Access and Quality Improvement in Primary Care in 2012. Analysis was performed by size population of the municipalities as to the time of operation and training of professional; continuing education; forms of employment and type of employment contract; careers and variable compensation plan. The results indicate the importance of continuity in the efforts that minimize instability of work contracts, implementation career plans in the SUS, training and professional qualifications, and strengthening of continuing education.
