ABSTRACT
The Municipality of Recife, from the articulation of eleven distinct municipal Secretariats lounched the Integrated Action Attention to crack and other drugs, seeking to strengthen a network of care to address larger, decentralized and qualified, which cansiders the bond, the hosl singularities, vulnerabilities and shared accountability. This study aimed to describe the process of implementation of this policy and its development in the period from August 2010 to April 2012, as well as identifying the main challenges, achievements and difficulties encountered during this route in the prevention and treatment of crack users and other drugs.
