This article discusses the enabling conditions and limits on reproductive planning assistance in a clinical family in a Território Integrado de Atenção à Saúde. The theoretical and analytical framework included the continuity, coordination and integration of reproductive health care and the potential for assistance in promoting rights. The combination of Family Health Strategy and Território Integrado de Atenção à Saúde showed advances in assisting the reproductive planning assistance aspects of the organization of infrastructure and provision of inputs, however, presenting limits in promoting a service that guarantees rights.
