This article intends to argue the way of the current Social Plurality in Latin America modify State's Organization, the public polices and the citizenship. For this, it was built a typology of the sociability forms in Latin America to characterize the current Social Plurality in this continent. They were classified five types of sociability - ethnic and cultural sociability, sociability of social movements, communities' sociability, border sociability and existential sociability. We realize that each one of these kinds of sociability did different proposals and demands for the State's Organization, the public polices and the citizenship.
