The aim of this article is to analyze the relationships between methodological innovations and fordism in the so called "Parisian" Regulation School. Therefore we describe the progressive changes that took place on its original research project, underlining the regulationist's methodological sense: the heterodox research theory development focused on social mediations analysis and based in an anti-reductionist methodology of social institutions.
