Anti-ideological Character of the Theory of Law Pure

This study aims to examine the possibility of a pure legal science, free from external influences, in particular, free of ideologies. The idea of ​​a Law without ideologies was the result of modernity, which proclaimed the need for strict scientific methods. In an attempt to demonstrate the scientific character of law, Hans Kelsen formulated his Pure Theory of Law, which, ultimately, sought to ward off the metaphysical nature of law and ideologies. Transfer Critical of His Major Foundations: a literature study that was used as the primary source study by Arnaldo Vasconcelos on the work of Hans Kelsen, Pure Theory of Law was held. Conclusion about the impossibility of Juridical Science pure and that the very "Pure Theory of Law" is impregnated by their own ideologies of his time.
