Suitability to the type of crime and criminal law interpretation

The suitability to the type of crime is the condition for the criminal method to develop and enable, in the way of the Criminal Legality, the evaluation of the dogmatic requirements for the imposition of a penalty. But the need of the use of language to achieve this criminal judgment reveals a crisis that is falsely treated as a syllogism. In this view, reveals the role of the enthymeme in the criminal method, which enables the critique of dogmatic system of crime and reveals the paths to the interpretation of this branch of law.
