In carrying out the reconstruction of the studies on the relationship between law and Literature in the Spanish University, from the perspective of critical analysis, it only seems possible to achieve as historical conclusion a weak academic development. In recent years, however, there is a progressive and growing scientific interest among university researchers toward issues of "Law and Literature". But it is still missing a real presence of the interaction between Law and Literature in the purely educational sphere. The opposite happens between lawyers and judges. This should lead to a reflection; Law and Literature represent an opportunity to define new academic processes of learning and legal knowledge. A road which could also be read as an implicit history.
