The aim of this article is to retrieve the analytical potentialities of the concept of "territory", stressing its political character. It starts from the idea that territory today is an object of practices not always addressed to the nation's need, thus, configuring "inverted praxis" of territory usage. A complete and totaliser understanding of space appears as a challenge, in which the existence of all the agents and possibilities of new projects may be taken into account in the territorial analysis.
