International migratory movements from and to Brasil nowadays constitutes an increasingly important social question. It involves specific social groups, mainly non documented persons; submitted to the action of speculators; remittances is also gaining space. It requires an urgent reformulation as well as an implementation of public in-migration and out-migration policies as well as policies related to migrants human rights and access to social services.
