Abstract:
This article presents the debate about the conservative expressions in health work based on the analysis of the family and community approach in the Family Health. It takes as reference of analysis the hegemonic dispute movement existing in the health policy and the social direction that work in health assumes in that context. It places the counterreform impacts on health policy in the work process, on the analysis and intervention of family and community relations and on the health education.
