Abstract:
This article, addressing the rights of children and adolescents, starts from the following question: does early childhood public policies in Brazil contribute to the fight against child labor? The objective is to reflect on early childhood public policy and its impacts on child labor. The dialectical method was used and the main result is that the current early childhood policy weakens the State’s actions and the fight against child labor.
