Abstract:
This article analyzes the historical legacy of the “Theoretical-Methodological Matrix of Social Work in Social Security” for the construction of a “renewed” professional project, particularly in the current context, marked by the reorganization of work processes at the INSS and the dispute over the social direction of this project in brazilian social security. This is a bibliographical and documentary study, based on the marxist critical tradition and its historical-dialectical method.
