This paper seeks to elucidate the ways in program evaluation and social services have been established in our country, through a systematic review of the major national databases. Through the analysis of published articles, seeks to offer subsidies for understanding, critical analysis and advancement in the ways of valuing, from systematic approaches, programs and social care services in our country.
