Sincronismo em um Modelo com Multi-Espécies Trabalho apresentado no CNMAC 2014.

We present a metapopulation model with patches distributed in two scales where multi-species are interacting. In a local scale, clusters of patches coupled by short range dispersal are assumed to be formed. In a regional scale, long distance dispersal is responsible to link patches that are in different clusters. We then analyze the synchronization between the clusters of patches and an analytical criterion is obtained to the local stability of synchronized solutions. Through numerical simulations, we discuss the different modes of synchronization that depend on how individuals are distributed among the local patches that compose a cluster.
