Participative mangement as a philosophy for the administration of information systems

Within the present context of transformations of the knowledge society, this paper contains many aspects of the participative administration, conceived as a philosophy for the information systems management. The need to develop information, training and communication is noted by the organizations through this new paradigm of leadership. Such a proposition is situated at the evolution of the great tendencies of thought and updated as a result of the development of networks and information systems. Some elementaiy principles are suggested to redraw the activities of the information or knowledge managers.
