O despertar de Orfeu: prazer e lazer dos trabalhadores de Macapá (1944-1964)

This article analyzes the solidarity built by Macapá's workers in their leisure time, between 1944 and 1964. We argue that such moments propitiated, to Macapá's working class, ephemeral emancipatory experiences from the limitations imposed by poverty and by State and the Church's moralizing campaigns.
