Marcello Caetano in (Journal of) Brazil: Repercussions of the Portuguese Right in the Military Dictatorship (1968-1974)

Abstract

The present text aims to analyze the presence of Marcello Caetano, the final dictator of the Portuguese Estado Novo, in the pages of Jornal do Brasil. The period under review will be that of his government, between his taking office as President of the Council of Ministers in September 1968 and his downfall in April 1974.
