Ectopia Lentis et Pupillae

RESUMO

Ectopia Lentis et Pupillae é uma síndrome genética autossômica recessiva e se diferencia de outras malformações com ectopia lentis por ter como únicas alterações o deslocamento do cristalino e da pupila.

Este trabalho descreve duas famílias com Ectopia Lentis et Pupillae e discute os aspectos clínicos e genéticos.

SUMMARY

Ectopia Lentis et pupillae is an autossomal recessive genetic syndrome. It distinguishes itself from other disorders with a luxated or subluxated lens by being restricted to the eye only and showing no other systemic involvement.

This paper describes two families with Ectopia lentis et Pupillae and discusses the clinical and genetical features.
