É relatado um caso de neurilemoma trigeminal infratentorial em menina de 11 anos de idade, sendo ressaltada a baixa incidência nesta faixa etária. O autor faz uma análise correlativa entre os achados no caso relatado e aqueles constantes na literatura.

A case of trigeminal nerve infratentorial neurilemmoma in a 11-year-old girl is reported. The author remarks on this tumor's low incidence in this age group. A correlative analysis between the clinical and radiological findings in this case and those reported on the literature is made.
