RESUMO A partir da análise de documentos oficiais, identificamos a noção de segurança como elemento central na caracterização da ditadura empresarial-militar. Observando as concepções e exigências postas por proprietários rurais, técnicos burocráticos e militares, distinguimos os sentidos de classe e raça da ditadura e seu projeto autocrático e paternalista de desenvolvimento historicamente colonial e branco.

ABSTRACT Through the analysis of official documents, the notion of security is identified as central to characterizing the corporate-military dictatorship. By examining the conceptions and demands put forward by rural landowners, bureaucratic technicians, and military officials, we highlight the class and racial dimensions of the dictatorship and its autocratic and paternalistic project of development historically colonial and white.

RESUMO Este artigo analisa a transformação da filantropia brasileira em termos da passagem de uma lógica de projeto para outra de política. Argumenta-se como o sentido atual promove os saberes especializados damicroeconomia aplicada e dos consultores estratégicos,deixando de lado osmodosdeconhecimento e de ação que haviam apostado nos “projetos comunitários” e no horizonte do “fortalecimento da sociedade civil”.

ABSTRACT This article analyses the transformation of Brazilian philanthropy in terms of the shift from a logic of projects to one of policies. It argues that the current logic promotes the categories of expertise tied to applied microeconomics and strategic consultants, leaving aside forms of knowledge and action associated with “community projects” and the horizon of “strengthening civil society”.

RESUMO O presente ensaio visa detalhar procedimentos de transitivismo metodológico em ciências humanas. A partir do recurso feito à psicanálise por Lélia Gonzalez nas ciências sociais, defende-se que processos de marcação social da diferença, como o racismo e o sexismo, devem ser analisados por meio da superação de fronteiras teórico-metodológicas entre disciplinas.

ABSTRACT This essay aims to detail procedures of methodological transitivism in the human sciences. Drawing on the use of psychoanalysis in the social sciences by Lélia Gonzalez, it argues that processes of the social marking of difference - such as racism and sexism - should be analyzed through the overcoming of theoretical and methodological boundaries between disciplines.

RESUMO Há no Brasil uma nova direita jurídica.O artigo argumenta que juristas próximos do bolsonarismo atuam como um contrapúblico, desafiando a Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil e confrontando abertamente o Supremo Tribunal Federal, pilares do universo jurídico brasileiro. A literatura produzida pelo grupo apropria-se dos temas da segurança pública, da liberdade de expressão e do ativismo judicial de modo a amparar a retórica do ex-presidente e suas ameaças contra o Judiciário.

The article argues that pro-Bolsonaro lawyers act as a counterpublic, defying the Brazilian Bar Association and openly confronting the Supreme Court, bulwarks of the Brazilian legal system.The group’s publications weaponize the issues of public security,freedom of speech, and judicial activism to advance the former president’s rhetoric and threats against the judicial branch.

Based on ethnographies in the peripheries of São Paulo, he conceptualizes the “world of crime" and the PCC as autonomous regimes of power that challenge the state's monopoly, reflecting on the failure of the democratic project and the rise of totalitarian reactions.
