The propositions of Health Conferences and the Municipal Health Plans: a study in municipalities of Santa CatarinaThe objective of this text is to evaluate the introduction of the propositions of Municipal Health Conferences in the Municipal Health Plans of Santa Catarina. The systematization of the Conferences reports, of the Health Plans and of the interviews with delegates were organized into categories. The categories had the organization like Unified Health System, such as political and service. Through a quali-quantitative study, we analyzed the propositions of conferences and related them with the priorities of health plans. After comparisons, the most expressive categories and silences were highlighted. In the systematization process, it was noticed that the proposals of the Conferences do not recognize with objectives, actions or marks from the Health Plans. The incorporation of demand from this plenary in the document of health politic organization (Health Plan) has been low, oscillating between 2 to 35%.
