The informal networks in the organizations constitute self-organizing structures which largely answer for the capacity of the organizations to work with unexpected problems. They represent an important tool in addressing the information society challenges. This paper focuses on the informal networks under the perspective of human processing of information and knowledge and the electronic communication infrastructures that enlarge these networks effectiveness inside the organizations.
