I only have one recommendation for adjusting the text, follows:

For example, SpaceX and OneWeb, which have invested in providing internet services via LEO satellites (Pessoa Filho 2021), also need to use Internet Exchange Points (IXes) in their Starlink and OneWeb satellite networks as connection points to other networks to exchange traffic. This allows network users to directly connect to Starlink and OneWeb through these IXes.
