A fábrica representa um espaço para a construção do saber? Uma análise do processo de aprendizagem em células de montagem

This paper had the main idea to study the learning socially process built by workers groups in assembled line in a car parts factory. The theoretical basis presented a historical recovery and a theoretical working about the learning process. To made use of the social representation theory as the research method to study the phenomenon. This paper to be based on interpretative paradigm of the analysis, privileging the qualitative research. The meaning of the work for the employees was described in "representation category": responsibility in job and the groups work. In the shared representation noticed a organization discuss about learning process by workers, however with some difficult in the obligations acts. This paper can contribute to the discussion about the worker and his representations like main idea to organizational changes.
