[Portuguese/German Contrastive Linguistics and its Scientific Communication Mechanisms]

Abstract

It is essential for any area of knowledge to build possibilities of information circulation and, when it comes to a specific area of Linguistics, such as the Portuguese/German language pair Contrastive Linguistics, it is essential for the recognition and consolidation of the area. In this sense, this research proposes to review the literature produced in the area, extending the previous survey (Sipriano, Souza e Pereira 2021) to intra- and extralinguistic areas (Tekin 2012). The intent is to concentrate bibliographic data in a locus that will be accessible to the entire scientific community. From the publications found, we conducted a quanti-qualitative analysis of the number of productions, the concentration of studies per area and per scientific periodical. The obtained data also made it possible to reflect on the classification of scientific journals and their impact on the scientific community and on society.
