Best practices in reporting channels

Abstract

The article analyzes, from a comparative perspective, what are considered the best practices in reporting channels by corporations, and the set of actions that companies have to adopt from that moment on to protect the complainant, develop with successful internal investigation and, once completed, take the necessary measures so that system failures do not recur in the future.
