The Learning Environment enabling changes in teaching and learning

This article aims to discuss ways of teaching and learning from the viewpoint of final year students of a primary public school, which articulates pedagogical practices in Learning Environment. We collected reports written during the activities, which were analyzed using the Collective Subject Discourse as analysis methodology. The speeches reveal changes in teaching and learning, due to the transformation of conventional classrooms into Learning Environments. Also, students notice that the lessons are more dynamic, because they are free to stand up, talk to each other and use the teaching material available. They emphasize that teachers' actions are more welcoming and that they believe in real change for education.
