Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to focus on sexual and social relationships in the light of the Marxist tradition them as structuring social relationships in capitalism. From the reports of judicial social workers, specifically in processes of name correction and legal sex, we tried to propose elements for approximating the experiences of sex as a complex of social relations that the capitalist mode of production engenders for domination, exploitation and oppression.
