Abstract:
The article deals with social workers in urgent and emergency services and integrative work with health teams, at the levels of care of the Unified Health System (SUS). Qualitative and exploratory study, evaluates the capacity of health services. Methodology: semi-structured interview, unsystematic observation, content analysis method. The subjects interviewed: managers of health networks and the University Hospital. Results: weaknesses in health services after hospital discharge.
