Kelsen visited

One of the most important legal philosophers of the twentieth century reports a meeting with another great name of the field, and makes some critical observations on his coleague's work. The observations cover three questions: the "legal rules in a descriptive sense", the definition of criminal offense, and the relation between morality and positive law.
