Resumo Este artigo aprofunda as reflexões de um estudo de caso que tem como objeto a relação entre: (i) uma greve no ramo do cultivo de eucalipto no estado da Bahia; (ii) um processo parcial de reversão das terceirizações (primarizações) no mesmo setor. O artigo parte de uma discussão teórica sobre o papel da terceirização dentro da estratégia atual de dominação do capital sobre o trabalho. Na sequência, trata da relação entre a terceirização e o sindicalismo, abordando as suas implicações para a organização e resistência dos trabalhadores. Em seguida, realiza uma breve reconstituição da greve e da luta pela primarização. Para isso, se baseia em uma pesquisa de campo (entrevistas com dez sindicalistas) e documental. A análise conduz à conclusão de que uma característica central do sindicato trabalhista foi essencial para o relativo êxito da greve no enfrentamento à terceirização: a organização conjunta entre trabalhadores terceirizados e nucleares.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This article delves into the reflections of a case study that focuses on the relationship between: (i) a strike in the eucalyptus cultivation sector in the state of Bahia; (ii) a partial process of reversing outsourcing (primarization) in the same sector. The article starts with a theoretical discussion of the role of outsourcing in the current strategy of capital domination over labor. It then looks at the relationship between outsourcing and trade unionism, addressing its implications for workers' organization and resistance. It then briefly recounts the strike and the fight against primarization. To do this, it is based on field research (interviews with ten trade unionists) and documents. The analysis leads to the conclusion that a central feature of the labor union was essential to the relative success of the strike in confronting outsourcing: the joint organization of outsourced and nuclear workers.Resumo em Português:
Resumo O presente artigo objetiva revisitar de modo abrangente e ensaístico o debate sobre as protoformas, a gênese e a consolidação da “questão social” no Brasil, tendo como base o materialismo histórico-dialético de Marx e resgatando as contribuições de Florestan Fernandes e Octavio Ianni a respeito da formação social brasileira, com alguns aportes das obras de Jacob Gorender, Clóvis Moura e Carlos Nelson Coutinho. Seu percurso expositivo parte da dimensão universal da gênese e desenvolvimento da sociabilidade burguesa para considerar a particularidade nacional inserida neste contexto. No primeiro tópico são abordadas as protoformas da “questão social” no Brasil e, no segundo tópico, trabalha-se a gênese e a consolidação da “questão social” brasileira. Conclui-se, por fim, a pertinência e atualidade da caracterização florestaniana do capitalismo dependente, conformado através da dupla articulação segregação interna e dominação externa, reafirmando também o racismo enquanto marca social negativa que constitui uma das dimensões da essência da “questão social” em nossa particularidade.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This article aims to revisit in a comprehensive and essayistic way the discussion on the protoforms, genesis and consolidation of the “social question” in Brazil, based on Marx's historical-dialectical materialism and rescuing the contributions of Florestan Fernandes and Octavio Ianni regarding Brazilian social formation, with some contributions from the works of Jacob Gorender, Clóvis Moura and Carlos Nelson Coutinho. Its expository path starts from the universal dimension of the genesis and development of bourgeois sociability to consider the national particularity inserted in this context. The first topic addresses the proto-forms of the “social question” in Brazil and, in the second topic, the genesis and consolidation of the Brazilian “social question” are discussed. Finally, the relevance of Florestan's characterization of dependent capitalism is concluded, formed through the double articulation of internal segregation and external domination, also reaffirming racism as a negative social mark that constitutes one of the dimensions of the essence of the “social question” in our particularity.Resumo em Português:
Resumo O artigo aborda a aplicação da autópsia verbal por Assistentes Sociais Forenses na investigação de situações de violência, para responder às solicitações do Ministério Público Criminal sobre Violência de Género no período 2021-2022. Essa metodologia, utilizada na investigação de Feminicídio, envolve a realização de entrevistas com familiares e amigos de a vítima recolha informações sobre as relações e circunstâncias anteriores ao acontecimento violento. As descobertas apresentadas. No artigo mostram a relevância desta técnica no processo pericial, ao mesmo tempo que fornece conhecimento para compreender o fenómeno da violência contra as mulheres. A autópsia verbal nos permite conhecer detalhes da dinâmica de violência no ambiente onde o evento ocorreu. Resumo El artículo aborda la aplicación de la autopsia verbal por parte de Trabajadores Sociales Forenses en la investigación de situaciones de violencia, para dar respuesta a solicitudes de la Fiscalía Penal de Violencia de Género en el periodo 2021-2022. Esta metodología, utilizada en la investigación de Femicidios, implica la realización de entrevistas con familiares y amigos de la víctima para recopilar información sobre las relaciones y circunstancias previas al evento violento. Los hallazgos presentados en el artículo muestran la relevancia de esta técnica en el proceso pericial, al mismo tiempo que aporta conocimiento para comprender el fenómeno de la violencia hacia las mujeres. La autopsia verbal, permite conocer detalles de la dinámica de la violencia en el entorno donde ocurrió el evento. De esta forma, se pueden identificar patrones y factores de riesgo que contribuyeron al suceso violento y que pueden ser abordados por políticas y programas de prevención.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract The article addresses the application of verbal autopsy by Forensic Social Workers in the investigation of situations of violence, in response to requests from the Criminal Prosecutor's Office for Gender Violence in the period 2021-2022. This methodology, used in the investigation of femicides, involves conducting interviews with family members and friends of the victim to gather information on the relationships and circumstances prior to the violent event. The findings presented in the article show the relevance of this technique in the expert process, while providing knowledge to understand the phenomenon of violence against women. The verbal autopsy allows to know details of the dynamics of violence in the environment where the event occurred. In this way, it is possible to identify patterns and risk factors that contributed to the violent event and that can be addressed by prevention policies and programs.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Este artigo busca promover um diálogo entre a abordagem teórica e analítica de algumas das teorias pós-coloniais, e a obra político, filosófica e crítica sobre o Brasil que o xamã e ativista indígena yanomami Davi Kopenawa, representante do povo yanomami, oferece para os “Brancos”. Este trabalho se insere dentro do programa de pesquisa delineado por Santos e Menezes (2010) com o intuito de promover a construção epistemológica de uma ecologia dos saberes. Para tanto, iremos analisar o livro “A queda do céu - palavras de um xamã yanomami” produzido e escrito conjuntamente por Davi Kopenawa e pelo antropólogo Bruce Albert. Utilizaremos uma metodologia qualitativa de cunho descritivo que tem como procedimentos a pesquisa bibliográfica e documental de fonte de dados.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This article seeks to promote a dialog between the theoretical and analytical approach of some of the post-colonial theories, and the political, philosophical and critical work on Brazil that the Yanomami shaman and indigenous activist Davi Kopenawa, representative of the Yanomami people, offers to the “Whites”. This work is part of the research program outlined by Santos and Menezes (2010) with the aim of promoting the epistemological construction of an ecology of knowledge. To this end, we will analyze the book “The Fall of Heaven - Words of a Yanomami Shaman”, produced and written jointly by Davi Kopenawa and anthropologist Bruce Albert. We will use a qualitative, descriptive methodology, using bibliographical and documentary research as data sources.Resumo em Português:
Resumo A violência contra a mulher tem sido relatada como um grave problema de saúde pública. Particularmente, a Violência Doméstica e Familiar contra a Mulher (VDFcM) acomete cerca de 29% da população feminina brasileira. Políticas Públicas (PPs) de enfrentamento à VDFcM têm sido implantadas desde a década de 1980 no Brasil, culminando com a publicação do marco legal de enfrentamento desse problema no ano de 2006, a Lei Maria da Penha. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste estudo consistiu em desenvolver um modelo de avaliação de desempenho de PPs para enfrentamento à VDFcM nos municípios do estado de Santa Catarina. A metodologia aplicada foi a Teoria da Resposta ao Item (TRI), que viabilizou a criação de uma escala de avaliação de desempenho. Adicionalmente, a análise de regressão simples foi utilizada no modelo, tendo o escore municipal como variável independente e a taxa de registros de VDFcM como variável dependente. Os resultados demonstraram correlação linear positiva entre as variáveis, sugerindo que as PPs implantadas não resultam em redução no número de ocorrências de VDFcM.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract Violence against women has been reported as a serious public health issue. Particularly, Domestic and Family Violence against Women (DFVaW) affects about 29% of the female population in Brazil. Public Policies (PPs) to combat DFVaW have been implemented since the 1980s in Brazil, culminating in the publication of the legal framework to address this issue in 2006, the Maria da Penha Law. In this sense, the objective of this study was to develop a performance evaluation model for PPs to address VAW in the municipalities of the state of Santa Catarina. The applied methodology was Item Response Theory (IRT), which enabled the creation of a performance evaluation scale. Additionally, simple regression analysis was used in the model, with municipal score as the independent variable and the rate of DFVaW reports as the dependent variable. The results showed a positive linear correlation between the variables, suggesting that the implemented PPs do not result in a reduction in the number of VAW occurrences.:Resumo em Português:
Resumo Neste ensaio realizamos uma autorreflexão da intervenção do Serviço Social na ANIP em famílias com crianças expostas a fatores de risco ambiental. Procedemos a uma revisão sistemática da literatura, salientando: (i) a importância da abordagem centrada na família e as suas interligações com as perspetivas dos sistemas transacional/ecológico e (ii) o contributo dos conceitos de Enabling/Empowering Families para a mudança de paradigma e, consequente, substituição de modelos clínicos/assistencialistas por uma intervenção onde a família emerge como elemento ativo/fundamental nos processos de mudança. Dos resultados destacamos: (i) os desafios colocados aos profissionais na implementação de práticas colaborativas junto das famílias e (ii) as exigências do trabalho em equipe de intervenção precoce, tanto ao nível do conhecimento dos referenciais teóricos subjacentes à mediação com famílias, como da capacitação para, quando em face de circunstâncias concretas, tomar decisões baseadas na evidência e nas especificidades das crianças/famílias, por forma a melhor responder às suas necessidades singulares.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract In this essay, we carry out a self-reflection on the intervention of Social Work in ANIP in families with children exposed to environmental risk factors. We conducted a systematic review of the literature, highlighting (i) the importance of the family-centered approach and its interconnections with the transactional/ecological systems perspectives and (ii) the contribution of the concepts of Enabling/Empowering Families to the paradigm shift and, consequently, the replacement of clinical/welfare models with an intervention in which the family emerges as an active/fundamental element in the processes of change. From the results, we can highlight (i) the challenges for professionals in implementing collaborative practices with families and (ii) the demands of working in an early intervention team, both in terms of knowledge of the theoretical frameworks underlying mediation with families and in terms of training to make decisions based on evidence and the specificities of children/families when faced with concrete circumstances, in order to better respond to their unique needs.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Evidências sobre a prática de preços mais elevados em produtos e serviços voltados ao público feminino, conhecida como pink tax, são observadas em diversos países no mundo. No Brasil, a literatura existente sobre o tema ainda é extremamente incipiente, além de focar sobretudo nos preços de produtos. Em primeiro lugar, o artigo faz uma revisão da literatura internacional e brasileira acerca do tema da pink tax. Na sequência, apresentamos os nossos próprios resultados de pesquisa. Investigamos a existência da pink tax nos serviços de lavanderia e salões de beleza das cinco maiores regiões metropolitanas do Brasil. O artigo também discute a relação entre gênero e espaço econômico, a natureza econômica da pink tax do ponto de vista da economia tradicional e o consumo feminino frente alguns estereótipos atribuídos às mulheres na contemporaneidade.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract Evidence on the practice of higher prices on products and services for women, known as pink tax, is observed in several countries around the world. In Brazil, the existing literature on the subject is still extremely incipient, and focuses mainly on product prices. First, the article reviews the international and Brazilian literature on the subject of the pink tax. Next, we present our own research results. We investigated the existence of pink taxes in the laundry and beauty salon services in the five largest metropolitan regions of Brazil. The article also discusses the relationship between gender and economic space, the economic nature of the pink tax from the point of view of traditional economics, and women's consumption in the face of some stereotypes attributed to women in contemporaneity.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Neste artigo, partimos das lições de Foucault acerca da arte de governar como uma multiplicidade de formas de gerenciamento de si, do outro, dos bens, do estado ou de outros fenômenos, para compreendermos como ocorre o governo de si e do outro a partir da participação de Lin da Quebrada no BBB 22. O objetivo é analisar o modo de enunciar a travestilidade e a representatividade e as condições de emergência desse discurso. A discussão será empreendida com base nos estudos discursivos foucaultianos (Foucault, 1999a, 1999b, 2002, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2013a, 2013b, 2013c) e nos estudos de gênero e sexualidade (Louro, 2001; Butler, 2000). A metodologia utilizada é a análise enunciativa de Foucault (2008). Concluímos que o governo de si e do outro é empreendido no BBB 22 por intermédio de práticas discursivas que se inserem na ordem do discurso da travestilidade e da representatividade.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract In this article, we start from Foucault's lessons about the art of governing as a multiplicity of ways of managing oneself, others, goods, the state or other phenomena, to understand how the government of oneself and others occurs from the Lin da Quebrada's participation in BBB 22. The objective is to analyze the way of enunciating transvestility and representativeness and the conditions for the emergence of this discourse. The discussion will be undertaken based on Foucauldian discursive studies (Foucault, 1999a, 1999b, 2002, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2013a, 2013b, 2013c) and gender and sexuality studies (Louro, 2001; Butler, 2000). The methodology used is Foucault's (2008) enunciative analysis. We conclude that the government of self and others is undertaken in BBB 22 through discursive practices that fall within the order of discourse of transvestility and representativeness.Resumo em Português:
Resumo São analisados desafios apresentados por lésbicas e mulheres bissexuais para acessarem serviços públicos de saúde em Cuiabá, Estado do Mato Grosso. Foram entrevistadas 14 participantes selecionadas por metodologia bola de neve e amostragem por saturação teórica. As entrevistas foram gravadas em áudio digital, transcritas e realizada análise temática. Foram identificadas como principais barreiras a invisibilização das orientações sexuais lésbicas e bissexuais com suas práticas afetivas e sexuais, a deslegitimação dessas por meio de práticas de violência e discriminação que levaram ao não acesso aos serviços de saúde buscados, não acolhimento e desumanização. Os achados são efeitos da heterocisnormatividade presente nos cotidianos de saúde, que na experiência das participantes se apresentou na invisibilidade das mulheres que não vislumbram a maternidade, nas violências a partir dos discursos de correção e anormalização das orientações sexuais e vivências afetivas e sexuais das participantes.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract The challenges presented by lesbians and bisexual women to access public health services in Cuiabá, State of Mato Grosso, are analyzed. Fourteen participants were interviewed, selected by snowball methodology and initiated by theoretical saturation. The interviews were recorded in digital audio, transcribed and thematic analyzes were carried out. The main barriers identified were the invisibilization of lesbian and bisexual sexual orientations with their affective and sexual practices, their delegitimization through practices of violence and reception that led to non-access to the health services sought, non-welcoming and dehumanization. Overall, the findings are effects of heterocisnormativity present in daily health care, which in the experience of the participants were presented in the invisibility of women who do not envisage motherhood, in the violence from the discourses of correction and abnormalization of sex orientations and affective experiences and gender of women. participants.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Questionando algumas narrativas sobre o pioneirismo e as inovações conceituais do grupo Modernidade/Colonialidade, o objetivo deste artigo é discutir algumas formulações teóricas de Celso Furtado que se aproximam do que se entende atualmente nas ciências sociais latino-americanas como uma análise da “colonialidade” e que são anteriores ao trabalho do grupo. Discutindo a teoria da dependência desenvolvida pelo autor nos anos de 1970, examinamos os seus elementos de crítica ao eurocentrismo, à racionalidade instrumental, à ideologia moderna do progresso e às formas de vida associadas à civilização industrial.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract Questioning some narratives about the pioneering spirit and conceptual innovations of the Modernity/Coloniality group, the aim of this article is to discuss some of Celso Furtado's theoretical formulations that are close to what is currently understood in Latin American social sciences as an analysis of "coloniality" and that predate the group's work. Discussing the theory of dependency developed by the author in the 1970s, we examine its elements of criticism of Eurocentrism, instrumental rationality, the modern ideology of progress and the ways of life associated with industrial civilization.Resumo em Português:
Resumo O objetivo do artigo é analisar a adequação do instituto da adoção internacional a partir do viés dos tratados e convenções internacionais nos Ordenamentos Jurídicos da República Federativa do Brasil e de Portugal. O método utilizado foi o dedutivo e os procedimentos metodológicos na construção do corpus documental da análise considerou os marcos teóricos que definem a adoção internacional e a identificação das convergências e divergências existentes nas categorias jurídicas previstas na legislação do Brasil e de Portugal. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que os Ordenamentos Jurídicos da República Federativa do Brasil e República Portuguesa, no que se refere especificamente ao Instituto da Adoção Internacional, adequaram as respectivas normatizações constitucionais e legislações infraconstitucionais em conformidade ao princípio da Proteção Integral à criança e ao adolescente, tomando por referência os aportes dos Tratados e Convenções Internacionais, resultantes do movimento internacionalista em defesa da proteção integral à criança e ao adolescente.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract The objective of the article is to analyze the adequacy of the institute of international adoption from the perspective of international treaties and conventions in the Legal Orders of the Federative Republic of Brazil and Portugal. The method used was deductive and the methodological procedures in the construction of the documentary corpus of analysis considered the theoretical frameworks that define international adoption and the identification of existing convergences and divergences in the legal categories provided for in the legislation of Brazil and Portugal. The research results indicate that the Legal Orders of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Portuguese Republic, with specific reference to the Institute of International Adoption, have adapted the respective constitutional regulations and infra-constitutional legislation in accordance with the principle of Comprehensive Protection for children and adolescents, taking as a reference the contributions of International Treaties and Conventions, resulting from the internationalist movement in defense of the full protection of children and adolescents.Resumo em Português:
Abstract The article presents part of the results of the research that analyzed the theoretical productions of the Brazilian Social Work on the family, published in the main journals of the profession, in order to identify the theoretical-methodological foundations. This is bibliographic research, with a quantitative and qualitative emphasis, anchored in dialectical historical materialism, based on the reading and analysis of articles published in magazines A and B (Qualis Capes 2013–2016). The research results confirmed the existence of several conflicting perspectives in the profession, expressing fundamentals that agree with an ethical political project, as well as trends that go against critical professional work with families.Resumo em Português:

It explores the contribution of intellectuals such as Clóvis Moura, Florestan Fernandes, Octavio Ianni, Darcy Ribeiro, Jacob Gorender and Lucio Kowarick to understanding imprisonment in Brazil, considering its roots in the slave and colonial periods. This bibliographical essay seeks to shed light on the resilience of punitivism in the country, based on the proto-slavery forms of dependent capitalism, as described by the classics of Brazilian social thought. Subsequently, the essay explores the influences of dependent capitalism on the penal system, based on statistical data and authors from critical criminology, penal abolitionism and penal minimalism. We conclude that autocracy and its penal policy, rooted in slavery, seem to operate incessantly, transcending governmental boundaries, feeding the violence and illegalities that it sets out to repress and control.Resumo em Português:

Resumo: Este trabalho objetiva analisar o papel exercido pelo cárcere e o encarceramento de mulheres considerando as conformações do sistema hetero-patriarcal-racista-capitalista implementado no Brasil. A metodologia consistiu em estudo bibliográfico e documental, sendo que os resultados mostraram que os estabelecimentos prisionais se constituíram em tecnologias repressivas utilizadas para a formação e a consolidação do projeto de nação branca, classista, racista e sexista, como forma de atendimento às demandas de estruturação e desenvolvimento do capitalismo. Em tempos de fragilização dos vínculos trabalhistas e de uberização do trabalho, o cárcere tem assumido um papel proeminente na gestão da pobreza por meio da violência, repressão e segregação, aprofundando as expressões da questão social decorrentes de desemprego, pobreza e insegurança alimentar que afetam mais efetivamente as famílias monoparentais chefiadas por mulheres, sobretudo, mulheres negras moradoras das periferias urbanas.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract: In this article, we should highlight György Lukács' latest aesthetic work, Die Eigenart des Ästhetischen, which determines the social function of art as a reflection of reality aimed at de-fetishizing individuals. As a peculiar reflection of reality, art is determined as an antagonistic force to the degenerative and deforming tendencies arising from the determinations posed by the contradictions of sociability. Aesthetic activity addresses the deepest human needs. It aims to remove the masks that appear as natural forms of life, turning against the disfigurements of the essence of the human; in this way, art reveals the broader dimension of the life of the genre as the foundation and principle of the existence of social being.Resumo em Português:
Resumo: Este artigo é parte da tese de doutorado cujo objetivo é apresentar as premissas fundamentais necessárias para o estudo da situação da infância e da adolescência no capitalismo brasileiro. Refletimos que a acumulação capitalista da atualidade tem aspectos novos, dentre eles está a atualização dos instrumentos jurídicos. Discorremos sobre como o estudo da crítica marxista do direito, tendo como principal autor Evgeni Pachukanis, pode contribuir para compreendermos até que ponto as “conquistas” legais para a infância, como o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), e seu status sujeito de direito, cooperaram para a proteção ou reforçam e atualizam novas formas de acumulação capitalista. Concluímos que o ECA corresponde ao estágio máximo de completude do direito como parte do próprio avanço das forças produtivas de modernização e industrialização do país, correspondendo à nova fase capitalista. Trata-se da infância integrada ao capital em seu estágio máximo.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract: This article is part of a doctoral thesis whose aim is to present the fundamental premises needed to study the situation of children and adolescents in Brazilian capitalism. We reflect that today's capitalist accumulation has new aspects, including the updating of legal instruments. We discuss how the study of the Marxist critique of law, whose main author is Evgeni Pachukanis, can help us understand the extent to which the legal "conquests" for children, such as the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA), and their status as subjects of law, have helped to protect or reinforce and update new forms of capitalist accumulation. We conclude that the ECA corresponds to the maximum stage of completeness of the law as part of the very advance of the productive forces of modernization and industrialization in the country, corresponding to the new capitalist phase. This is childhood integrated into capital at its maximum stage.Resumo em Português:
Resumo: O presente artigo tem por objetivo investigar as consequências da criação Fundação de Previdência Complementar do Serviço Público Federal (FUNPRESP) desde a Lei nº 12.618/2012 e as modificações com a EC nº 103/2019 (contrarreforma da previdência social) aos servidores(as) públicos do executivo federal. Tais medidas impulsionaram a lógica de privatização da previdência social dos(as) servidores(as) públicos. Com base em informações dos investimentos financeiros das contribuições dos(as) trabalhadores(as) do executivo federal, os recursos do Estado e os atos normativos implementados, esse texto demonstra os riscos, inseguranças de um sistema de previdência social com regime de capitalização individual. Conclui-se que o estabelecimento da FUNPRESP expressa mais uma medida com a perspectiva de privatização da previdência social no Brasil, retirada de direitos dos(as) trabalhadores(as) e, sobretudo, demonstra os interesses do Estado e do capital financeiro de expropriação do fundo público como estratégia do capitalismo em profunda crise.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract: This article aims to investigate the consequences of the creation of the Federal Public Service Complementary Pension Foundation (FUNPRESP) since Law nº 12.618/2012 and the modifications with EC nº 103/2019 federal executive servants. Such measures boosted the logic of privatizing social security for public servants. Based on information on the financial Investments of contribution from federal executive Workers, State resources and the normative acts implemented, this text will demonstrate the risks and insecurities of a social security system with an individual capitalization regime. It is therefore concluded that the establishment of FUNPRESP expresses yet another measure with the prospect of privatizing social security in Brazil, removing the rights of Workers and demonstrating the interests of the State and the financial capital of expropriation of public funds as a strategy for capitalism in deep crisis.Resumo em Português:
Resumo: Este artigo analisa a ética na práxis educativa freireana e busca responder a seguinte questão: como se articula a ética na concepção de educação proposta por Paulo Freire? Apresenta como objetivos: a) caracterizar a ética na práxis educativa freireana; b) analisar a centralidade das lutas socioeducativas como expressão objetiva da ética; e c) definir a relação ética, educação e emancipação humana a partir de Paulo Freire. A abordagem teórico-metodológica consiste em uma revisão bibliográfica pautada na identificação das formulações sobre ética em obras de Paulo Freire e de autores que discutem o seu legado para a educação, articulando essa análise a partir das relações de classe no capitalismo. Abordar a ética em Paulo Freire permite refletir sobre os desafios e as perspectivas da práxis educativa, gerando ações coletivas emancipadoras que possibilitem o enfrentamento das contradições e dos desafios da crise capitalista que marca o primeiro quartel do século XXI.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract: The article analyzes ethics in Freire's educational praxis. It poses the following question: how are ethics articulated in the concept of education proposed by Paulo Freire? The article aims to: a) characterize ethics in Freire's educational praxis; b) analyze the centrality of socio-educational struggles as an objective expression of ethics; and c) define the relationship between ethics, education and emancipation based on Paulo Freire. The theoretical-methodological approach consists of a bibliographical review based on the identification of formulations on ethics in the works of Paulo Freire and authors who discuss his legacy for education, articulating this analysis based on class relations in capitalism. Addressing ethics in Paulo Freire allows us to reflect on the challenges and perspectives of educational praxis, generating emancipatory collective actions that make it possible to confront the contradictions and challenges of the capitalist crisis that marks the first quarter of the 21st century.Resumo em Português:
Resumo: Neste estudo buscou-se compreender as percepções e os sentimentos da mulher em situação de cárcere, que enfrenta a separação dos filhos devido ao encarceramento. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo e exploratório, desenvolvida durante os meses de maio e junho de 2023 com dez mulheres em situação de cárcere em uma cadeia feminina e que possuíam filhos menores de 15 anos em convivência intra ou extramuros. Como técnica de coleta de dados, utilizou-se a entrevista semiestruturada, sendo as narrativas transcritas e organizadas de acordo com os núcleos de sentido, possibilitando a análise sob o viés da hermenêutica dialética. As convergências, divergências, complementaridades e diferenças evidenciaram o sofrimento da mulher em situação de cárcere tanto pela condição em que está inserida, quanto pela repercussão que o encarceramento provoca nos seus filhos e familiares, reverberando nas preocupações intramuros e em estratégias de enfrentamento da separação.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract: This study aimed to understand the perceptions and feelings of women in prison who face separation from their children due to incarceration. This is a study that has an exploratory qualitative nature, carried out during the months of May and June 2023 with ten women in prison in a female prison and who had children under 15 years of age living within or outside the walls. As a data collection technique, a semi-structured interview was used, with the narratives being transcribed and organized according to the meaning cores so that analysis was possible from the perspective of dialectical hermeneutics. The convergences, divergences, complementarities and differences highlighted the suffering of women in prison, both due to the condition in which they are inserted, and due to the repercussions that incarceration had on their children and family, reverberating in intramural concerns and strategies for coping with separation.Resumo em Português:
Resumo O presente artigo teve por objetivo analisar charges que abordam o tema do trabalho de entregadores de aplicativo, buscando compreender discursivamente seu modo de funcionamento. Para isso, apoiou-se no aparato teórico-metodológico da Análise de Discurso Materialista na interface com a Sociologia do Trabalho. O corpus analítico é constituído de charges do cartunista Toni D’Agostinho, mais precisamente suas charges pertencentes à série intitulada “Os Empreendedores”. O resultado das análises mostrou que, por meio do recurso linguístico-discursivo da ironia, as charges desconstroem o discurso do empreendedorismo que está na base do discurso das empresas-aplicativo, colocando em evidência a insegurança, a vulnerabilidade e a precarização do trabalho na era neoliberal.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This article aimed to analyze cartoons that deal with the theme of the work of app delivery workers, seeking to discursively understand their mode of operation. For this, it relied on the theoretical-methodological apparatus of Materialist Discourse Analysis at the interface with the Sociology of Work. The analytical corpus consists of cartoons by the cartoonist Toni D'Agostinho, more precisely his cartoons belonging to the series entitled “The Entrepreneurs”. The results of the analyzes showed that, through the linguistic-discursive resource of irony, the cartoons deconstruct the discourse of entrepreneurship that is in the basis of the discourse of application companies, highlighting insecurity, vulnerability and precariousness of work in the neoliberal era.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Objetiva-se refletir sobre as particularidades do processo de curricularização da extensão nas Unidades de Formação Acadêmica (UFAs) do Paraná, Santa Catarina e Rio Grande do Sul. Os dados ora analisados foram extraídos dos mapeamentos e das atividades organizadas pela Regional Sul I da ABEPSS, entre os anos de 2021 e 2023. Trata-se de um tema urgente diante dos inúmeros desafios e da necessidade de incorporar, de modo qualificado a extensão universitária nos currículos dos cursos de Serviço Social. Os resultados coletados sinalizam a sua importância no interior da formação e do trabalho profissionais; promover debates contínuos para que alcancemos práticas extensionistas que consolidem o tripé do ensino superior e respondam verdadeiramente às demandas sociais. Denotam também a necessidade de superar os processos burocráticos institucionais, no sentido de garantir uma concepção de extensão que seja vinculada às lutas e resistências instituídas pela classe trabalhadora.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract The aim is to reflect on the particularities of the extension curricularization process in the Academic Training Units of Paraná, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul. The data analyzed here was extracted from the mappings and activities organized by the ABEPSS South I regional office between 2021 and 2023. This is an urgent issue given the numerous challenges and the need to incorporate university extension into the curricula of Social Work courses in a qualified manner. The results collected indicate its importance within professional training and work; promoting ongoing debates so that we can achieve extension practices that consolidate the tripod of higher education and truly respond to social demands. They also show the need to overcome institutional bureaucratic processes in order to guarantee a concept of extension that is linked to the struggles and resistance instituted by the working class.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Processos de declínio econômico, não raro motivadores de ações institucionais de apoio à reconfiguração de estruturas produtivas, costumam provocar reações dos grupos atingidos em defesa de seus interesses. Experiências registradas indicam ocorrência de articulações entre classes nessas situações, cuja análise tem nas ideias gramscianas sobre hegemonia e bloco histórico importante inspiração e suporte. Este estudo ocupa-se das grandes mudanças ocorridas entre os anos 1980 e 1990 no setor carbonífero do sul de Santa Catarina, área com destaque na produção desse minério. A pretensão é contextualizar a inflexão na trajetória do setor e, recorrendo àquelas ideias de Gramsci, analisar seus desdobramentos, que foram crivados de agudos embates sociais. Nestes, porém, observou-se não só antagonismo de classe, mas também convergência de interesses em certas ações.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract Social groups hit by processes of economic decline, and harmed by institutional measures aimed at promoting productive restructuring, usually react in defense of their interests. It is not uncommom that articulations between classes take place in such situations, as recorded in the literature, and Gramsci’s ideas about hegemony and historical bloc are important tools for their analysis. This study looks at the major changes that occurred between the 1980s and 1990s in the coal sector in the southern region of Santa Catarina, an area that historically stands out in the corresponding activities. The intention is to contextualize the inflection in the trajectory of the sector and, resorting to those ideas of Gramsci, to analyze its consequences. These were riddled with sharp social clashes, but not only class antagonism was observed: there was also a convergence of interests in certain initiatives.Resumo em Português:
Resumo O objetivo desse texto é pontuar a trajetória e as concepções da extensão no ensino superior e abordar os desafios relativos à extensão como componente curricular obrigatório. O artigo é resultado de uma pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica, a partir de artigos, pesquisas, mas também o uso de dados estatísticos, estudo do ordenamento jurídico, tendo em vista uma análise quanti-qualitativa. O trabalho consta de uma introdução, seguida de uma reflexão sobre a história, as concepções de extensão e finalmente as conclusões onde se trata dos desafios. O estudo aponta que a curricularização da extensão é muito importante na formação profissional e no tocante ao compromisso com a sociedade, no entanto, muitos são os desafios considerando o problema do financiamento, a garantia de condições e os aportes institucionais, a realidade de docentes e discentes e as questões que envolvem o ensino superior no país como a privatização e o empresariamento da educação.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract The aim of this text is to outline the trajectory and conceptions of extension in higher education and to address the challenges related to extension as a compulsory curricular component. The article is the result of a bibliographical review, based on articles, surveys, but also the use of statistical data, a study of the legal system, with a view to a quantitative and qualitative analysis. The work consists of an introduction, followed by a reflection on the history and conceptions of extension and finally the conclusions, which deal with the challenges. The study points out that the curricularization of extension is very important in professional training and in terms of commitment to society, however, there are many challenges considering the problem of funding, guaranteeing conditions and institutional contributions, the reality of teachers and students and the issues surrounding higher education in the country such as privatization and the entrepreneurialization of education.Resumo em Português:

Resumo Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo identificar como o tema das drogas aparece na produção intelectual do Serviço Social registrada na Revista Serviço Social e Sociedade dos anos de 1979 a 2022. Trata-se de pesquisa exploratória, qualitativa cunhada a partir do método materialista histórico-dialético. Os artigos elegíveis para a análise foram levantados por palavras-chave, tendo também como critério de inclusão a publicação por assistentes sociais. Dos 1.279 escritos da Revista Serviço Social e Sociedade pesquisados, apenas quatro artigos abordam a questão das drogas como tema central, incluindo o termo ou termos correlatos em seus títulos. Apesar de notarmos um pequeno número de artigos publicados sobre o tema percebe-se a presença de publicações que incorporam a crítica da economia política para a reflexão acerca da temática diferindo-se de pesquisas baseadas em casos e focadas em análises conservadoras e/ou superficiais.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This research aims to identify how the topic of drugs appears in the intellectual production of Social Work recorded in the Social Service and Society Magazine from 1979 to 2022. It is exploratory, qualitative research based on the historical-dialectic materialist method. Articles eligible for analysis were searched using Keywords, with publication by social workers also as an inclusion criterion. Of the 1.279 writings in the Social Service and Society Magazine researched, only four articles address the issue of drugs as a central theme, including the term or related terms in their titles. Although we note a small number of articles published on the topic, we can see the presence of publications that incorporate criticism of political economy for reflection on the topic, differing from case-based research focused on conservative and/or superficial analyses.Resumo em Português:
Resumo O propósito deste ensaio é oferecer uma explicação alternativa àquelas existentes na literatura crítica ao neoliberalismo sobre a sua emergência. Por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, apresentamos as linhas gerais do argumento das posições representativas dessa literatura para, a partir de uma reconstituição do processo social de individualização, oferecermos uma explicação alternativa. Em nosso juízo, uma das bases para o estabelecimento do neoliberalismo a partir dos anos 1970 está no conjunto de transformações de grande envergadura ocorridas durante a chama “era de ouro” (1945–1975) porque, ao consolidarem o processo social de individualização, ofereceram a materialidade para a realização do neoliberalismo como práxis.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This essay aims to offer an alternative explanation to those existing in the critical literature on neoliberalism about its emergence. By the brief bibliographical review of this literature, we present their main arguments on the subject in order to, from the reconstitution of the social process of individualization, we offer a different explanation. In our view, one of the bases to the emergence of neoliberalism, since 1970’s, is in a set of large-scale transformations occurred during the “golden age” (1945–1975) because, as they consolidated the social process of individualization, they offer the materiality to the realization of neoliberalism as praxis.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Neste artigo analisamos a teoria do Estado na obra de István Mészáros. Argumentamos que sua crítica do Estado pode ser vislumbrada in statu nascendi já em seu importante estudo sobre a teoria da alienação em Marx, recebendo amplo tratamento em seu Magnum Opus, Para além do capital: rumo a uma teoria da transição, quando de sua análise das condições de emergência, desenvolvimento e crise (estrutural) do sistema sociometabólico do capital na contemporaneidade. Mas se podemos dizer que, antes mesmo da publicação incompleta, e post mortem, de Para além do Leviatã: crítica do Estado, Mészáros já havia legado uma potente teoria contemporânea do Estado, nesta última encontramos um trato sofisticado de problemas que se expressam desde a “afirmação da Lei do mais forte” e da “ilegalidade como imposição das formações estatais” ao “fenecimento do Estado”. Abstract In this paper, we aim to analyze the theory of the State in the István Mészáros’ work. We argue that his critique of the State can be glimpsed in statu nasdendi already in his important study of Marx's theory of alienation. Later it receives extensive treatment in his Magnum Opus, Beyond Capital: Towards a Theory of Transition, when he analyzes the conditions of emergence, development and (structural) crisis of the sociometabolic system of capital in contemporaneity. We can say that even before the incomplete and post mortem publication of Beyond Leviathan: Critique of the State Mészáros had already left a powerful contemporary theory of the State. But it is in this work that we find a sophisticated treatment of problems such as the “affirmation of the Law of the Strongest”, the “illegality as an imposition of state formations” and the “withering away of the state”. In this way, we seek to contribute to the debate on the Marxist theory of the State today.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Este artigo objetiva revisitar o processo de crítica às ideias do marxista francês Louis Althusser no âmbito da história do Serviço Social brasileiro, centrando-se na construção da história dos fundamentos teórico-metodológicos da profissão. O recorte metodológico foram as literaturas das décadas de 1980 e 1990 que se tornaram mais influentes nas décadas seguintes na formação teórico-metodológica profissional, das quais coincidem com o período central de crítica das ideias althusserianas no Serviço Social e afirmação do que posteriormente se consolidou como discurso oficial acerca do seu pensamento. Os principais resultados apontam para uma aproximação enviesada das ideias de Althusser e para uma ausência de crítica direta e sistemática ao seu pensamento no âmbito do Serviço So cial brasileiro.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This article aims to revisit the process of critiquing the ideas of the French Marxist Louis Althusser in the context of the history of Brazilian Social Work, focusing on the construction of the history of the theoretical-methodological foundations of the profession. The methodological framework was based on the literature of the 1980s and 1990s, which became more influential in the subsequent decades in the professional theoretical-methodological formation. This period coincides with the central phase of criticism of Althusserian ideas in Social Work and the affirmation of what later became the official discourse regarding his thinking. The main results indicate a biased approach to Althusser's ideas and an absence of direct and systematic criticism of his thinking within the scope of Brazilian Social Work.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Este artigo analisa a dinâmica contemporânea de punção do fundo público pelo grande capital na política de educação superior, por meio do Fundo de Financiamento Estudantil (FIES), com destaque para o contexto pós-golpe de Estado de 2016. Do ponto vista teórico-metodológico, recorre ao materialismo histórico-dialético como método de análise e, em relação às técnicas de pesquisa acionadas, está construído por meio de revisão de literatura e análise documental. Além da introdução e conclusão, o texto está dividido em dois momentos dialeticamente articulados: no primeiro item, discorre sobre o avanço do capital financeiro na sociedade burguesa contemporânea, de modo a relacionar tal expansão com o papel estratégico da disputa pelo fundo público; no segundo item, analisa o FIES como instrumento de transferência de fundo público para a iniciativa privada e discute as tendências em curso do processo de financeirização da educação superior no Brasil. Conclui que o FIES expressa uma relação de diluição entre o público e o privado por meio da punção do fundo público.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract The article analyzes the contemporary dynamics of puncture of the public fund by big capital, in educational policy, before the Student Financing Fund (FIES), with emphasis on the post-coup d'état context of 2016. From the theoretical-methodological point of view, it uses to historical-dialectical materialism as a method of analysis and, in relation to research techniques used, it is built through literature review and document analysis. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the text is divided into two dialectically related moments: in the first item, it discusses the advance of financial capital in contemporary bourgeois society, in order to relate such expansion to the strategic role of the dispute for the public fund; in the second item, it analyzes the FIES as an instrument for transferring public funds to the private. It concludes that the FIES expresses a dilution relationship between the public and the private through the puncture of the public fund sector and discusses the ongoing trends in the process of financialization of education in Brazil.Resumo em Português:
Resumo Este artigo aborda os limites da regulação sobre ética em pesquisa no País, destacando a polêmica em torno das normas e instrumentos para a avaliação vigentes, sob a ótica das ciências humanas e sociais e sua repercussão no Serviço Social. Apresenta resultados de pesquisa exploratória com base no método dialético de investigação e exposição, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Os resultados demonstram que há avanços para reconhecimento das especificidades das ciências humanas e sociais em decorrência da atuação das associações científicas e profissionais da área. Contudo, não foram suficientes para superar a hegemonia da concepção de ciência e ética oriunda das ciências biomédicas na estrutura, normas e instrumentos vigentes. Frente a esse quadro, torna-se fundamental o aprofundamento do diálogo entre comunidade científica e governo brasileiro, para construção de outros parâmetros para avaliação, fundamentados em diretrizes e princípios abrangentes sobre ética e integridade científica que sirvam às diferentes áreas do conhecimento.Resumo em Inglês:
The ethical regulation in research and its repercussions in Social Work Abstract The article addresses the limits of regulation on research ethics in the country, highlighting the controversy surrounding the current norms and instruments for evaluation, from the perspective of human and social sciences and its repercussion on Social Work. It presents results of exploratory research based on the dialectical method of investigation and exposure, through bibliographic and documentary research. The results demonstrate that there are advances in recognizing the specificities of human and social sciences as a result of the actions of scientific and professional associations in the area. However, they were not enough to overcome the hegemony of the conception of science and ethics originating from biomedical sciences in the current structure, norms and instruments. Given this situation, it is essential to deepen the dialogue between the scientific community and the Brazilian government, to construct other parameters for evaluation, based on comprehensive guidelines and principles on ethics and scientific integrity that serve different areas of knowledge.Resumo em Português:
Resumo O presente ensaio, de teor fundamentalmente histórico e teórico de natureza qualitativa, busca tematizar sobre a democracia no Brasil, vinculando-o à sua formação socio-histórica. Para isso, retratamos o papel do Estado, das configurações das classes dominantes em suas frações e disputas, bem como a formação dessas últimas. Assim, compreende o reacionarismo como forma particular de atuação para a manutenção da ordem de classes na sociabilidade brasileira, enquanto incursão basilar das classes dominantes em sua relação com o Estado. Objetiva-se, neste ensaio, discorrer sobre as debilidades democráticas presentes na atualidade brasileira, em conexão ao seu passado histórico.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This essay, which is fundamentally historical and theoretical and qualitative in nature, seeks to discuss democracy in Brazil, linking it to its socio-historical formation. To this end, we portray the role of the state, the configurations of the dominant classes in their fractions and disputes, as well as the formation of the latter. In this way, we understand reactionarism as a particular form of action to maintain the class order in Brazilian sociability, as a basic incursion of the dominant classes in their relationship with the state. The aim of this essay is to discuss the democratic weaknesses present in Brazil today, in relation to its historical past.Resumo em Português:
Resumo O estudo analisa os impactos da pandemia da Covid-19 no mercado de trabalho formal de Santa Catarina entre os anos de 2020 e 2021. Para tanto, inicia com uma revisão das principais mudanças observadas no mercado de trabalho brasileiro. Esses resultados são comparados com as estatísticas para o estado catarinense, a partir de dados da PNADC para o mercado de trabalho em geral e da RAIS para o emprego formal. O artigo também analisa as mudanças em termos da composição e do perfil do emprego, com ênfase nos recortes por setor e subsetor de atividade econômica, bem como no patamar remuneratório dos vínculos formais de trabalho. Os principais resultados revelam que a pandemia causou flutuações semelhantes nos indicadores do mercado de trabalho tanto no Brasil como em Santa Catarina, porém com impactos menos intensos no âmbito estadual, devido à condição de maior nível de formalização do emprego na economia catarinense antes mesmo do início da pandemia. As atividades econômicas com maior necessidade de contato pessoal direto foram as mais prejudicadas, enquanto os serviços empresariais, a indústria e o comércio de bens considerados essenciais apresentaram os melhores resultados. Em relação à renda, houve uma queda de quase 10% nos salários reais médios no período considerado, indicando uma perda de qualidade dos empregos gerados nos anos considerados.Resumo em Inglês:
Abstract This study analyzes the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the formal labour market in Santa Catarina State between 2020 and 2021. It begins with a review of the main changes observed in the Brazilian Labour Market. The results are compared with statistics for the Santa Catarina State based on data from PNADS for the labour market in general, and from the RAIS for formal employment. The article also analyzes changes in terms of the composition and profile of employment level, with emphasis on the breakdowns by sectors and subsectors of economy activities, as well as the remuneration level of formal employment contracts. The main results reveal that the pandemic caused similar fluctuations in labour market indicators in both Brazil and Santa Catarina, but with less intense impacts at the state level, due to the conditions of a higher level of employment formalization in the Santa Catarina Economy even before the start of the pandemic. Economic activities with the greatest need for direct personal contact were the most affected, while business services, industry and trade in goods considered essential showed the best results. In relation to income, there was a drop of almost 10% in average real wages in the period considered, indicating a loss in the quality of job created in the years considered.
